ADE services are grouped into two clear directions: the accounting and tax foundation your UAE business must trust, and the CFO-level advisory needed for control, growth and transactions.
Client situations

When companies come to ADE

Owners come to us when accounting, tax or finance management starts limiting decisions, slowing growth or creating risks.

  1. 01
    Group structure

Several entities, currencies or jurisdictions, but no single view

We bring the group view together so owners can see cash, obligations and performance across the structure.

  2. 02
    Management view

Reports exist, but real profit is still unclear

We connect operational accounting with owner-level reporting, margin analysis and cash flow visibility.

  3. 03
    UAE tax

VAT, Corporate Tax or transfer pricing risks are growing

We review the tax position, related-party transactions and documentation before questions become penalties.

  4. 04
    Process and automation

The business has grown, but finance is still manual

We replace scattered spreadsheets with a finance process, reporting cadence and systems the team can maintain.

  5. 05
    Deal readiness

You need order before an audit, investor or transaction

We prepare numbers, controls and documentation for banks, investors, buyers and auditors.

Two finance directions, one accountable partner

Start with the foundation when compliance and reporting need to be reliable. Move into advisory when the business needs management control, automation or transaction readiness.

For owners with capital outside the operating business

Wealth Management / Family Office

Personal and family capital is managed with the same discipline as the business.

Capital and asset structure You know where and in what form your assets are. Planning becomes possible, not blind.
Coordination of advisors and partners One financial coordinator instead of several unconnected consultants. A shared logic — under control.
Personal financial contour You see the picture across personal assets, liabilities and risks — not only the company.
Succession and long-term decisions You make decisions with the future in mind: passing capital, structural resilience, the family’s interests.

How we work

We start with the business question, then build the finance setup that answers it reliably.

  1. 01

    Analyse

We review the current structure, reporting, tax position, systems and risks.

  2. 02

    Build the system

We define the scope, reporting logic, responsibilities, controls and implementation roadmap.

  3. 03

    Execute

We prepare reports, documentation, filings, dashboards or transaction materials with senior involvement.

  4. 04

    Report and refine

We keep a clear cadence, explain findings in business language and adjust the system as the company grows.

The business path

At what stage is your business right now?

Each stage has its own finance task. Find your stage and see what is needed right now.

  1. 01
    Foundation

    Launch

    Situation

the company is open, the first clients are there, the product works. It feels like finance can be done later.

    What matters now

set up accounting, the money structure, cash-flow logic, basic reporting and UAE tax compliance correctly from the start, so nothing has to be rebuilt under stress later.

  2. 02
    Foundation

    Operational chaos

    Situation

sales are bigger than systems. Everything rests on the owner — processes are not formalised, numbers live in tables and chats, the team runs on manual control.

    What matters now

understand how much the business really earns, where the cash gaps are, and what risks are accumulating.

    Outsourced CFO →
  3. 03
    Foundation

    Systematisation

    Situation

the company moves from firefighting to managing by numbers. Processes, roles, metrics and regular management appear.

    What matters now

build a financial system decisions can rely on, not only reports to look at after the fact.

    CFO & Process Consulting →
  4. 04
    Advisory

    Scaling

    Situation

the business enters new niches, regions or launches new products. The team grows, there are more decisions, and the cost of an error grows too.

    What matters now

model growth scenarios, keep profitability, cost structure and scaling risks under control.

Group Reporting & Transfer Pricing →
  5. 05
    Advisory

    Maturity and transformation

    Situation

the business is stable. The owner thinks not only about operations but about company value: efficiency, diversification, partnerships, investments, a possible exit.

    What matters now

speak with an investor, bank or buyer in the language of numbers, not feelings.

FAQ

Common questions from business owners

We already have an accountant. Why do we need ADE?

An accountant closes operational accounting: postings, returns, bank. ADE works at a higher level: the management picture, tax strategy, the financial model, cash-flow control and readiness for growth or a deal. These are different tasks — and many of our clients work with us in parallel with their internal accountant.

My business is still small — is it too early?

No. The earlier correct accounting and a tax structure are set up, the less has to be rebuilt later. Most costly Corporate Tax, VAT and TP mistakes happen precisely because the foundation was left for later.

How do I know whether I need an Outsourced CFO or accounting is enough?

If you cannot quickly answer how much I earned this month net, where my cash gap is in 60 days, and which direction is dragging profit down — you need a CFO level, not only accounting.

I have several companies in different countries. Do you work with that?

Yes, this is one of our core areas: international groups, intragroup transactions, transfer pricing, IFRS consolidation and tax structuring across several jurisdictions.

We are preparing to raise an investor. Where do we start?

With a financial diagnostic: how transparent your reporting is, where the weak spots an investor will see in due diligence are, and what must be put in order before the first conversations. We help at exactly this stage.

What does working with ADE look like — a long contract or can we start small?

We work in several formats: a one-off project on a specific task, a diagnostic, regular support or a full outsourced CFO function. You can start with a small step and figure out the right format for your business as you go.

Do we need Transfer Pricing documentation if we are a small group?

In the UAE, TP requirements apply to companies with intragroup transactions regardless of size. The absence of documentation in an FTA audit is a direct risk of additional assessments. It is better to deal with this in advance than in a rush.

How fast do you get into the business and start adding real value?

Usually the first substantive conversation takes 30–60 minutes. After it we already understand where the main risk or task zone is, and we propose a concrete next step — without a long onboarding for its own sake.
